This race was created in Memory of Daniel Toy who was raised in Bourne, MA. Daniel Toy was born on September 12, 1980 and passed away on June 7, 2002 he was in a motorcycle accident and died on impact. Daniel was a very charismatic person who could put a smile on anyones face. In his memory proceeds from this race will be donated to the Youth Basketball of Bourne.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out for the Second Annual Cape Cod Canal 10km! Thanks to you we raised $3,500.00. $2,500.00 of which was donated the Bourne Recreation Department and $1,000.00 of which was donated to the Cape Cod Centennial Celebrations which will take place in 2014.

Registration: $45.00 - This includes a t-shirt and finishers medal.

Race Day: Bib numbers and race packets will be available for pickup starting at 6:45am on the morning of the race at The Bourne Scenic Park.

Awards: No awards will be given out, but each participant will recieve a race medal

Date & Time: TBA

Location: Bourne Scenic Park, 370 Scenic Highway, Bourne, MA 02532. The race will start and end at the Bourne Scenic Park.

Parking: Complimentary parking will be available.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out for the First Annual Cape Cod Canal 10km last year! Thanks to you we raised $2,373.41 which was donated on October 1, 2012 to the Bourne Recreation Department.

Course: The course will be 10km on the Cape Cod Canal. The race will start and end at the Bourne Bridge. One water stop will be provided at Mile 2 and Mile 4. Please note that this is not a closed course. There may be pedestrians on the Cape Cod Canal at the time of the race; we ask that all participants use caution.
